By signing below, the Client agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this quote and Master Services Agreement with Hink Fire Designs LLC. Hink Fire Designs provides specialized fire alarm design services including consultation on code compliance and AHJ requirements, preparation of system drawings and schematics, device selection and layout, system calculations, equipment schedules, wiring diagrams, and documentation for permit or AHJ submittal. Each project is defined by a separate proposal or Statement of Work (SOW), and work will not begin until the Client completes a design intake form with all required building, project, and AHJ information. Timelines are project-specific and may vary based on size, complexity, and client responsiveness; Hink Fire Designs will notify the Client of any changes. Up to three (3) hours of client-requested changes after final shop drawings are included in the base price; additional time will be billed separately, while AHJ-required revisions remain included. All invoices are due within 30 days (Net 30); unpaid balances over 60 days will accrue 1.5% monthly interest (18% APR), and unpaid invoices beyond 120 days may result in work stoppage, withholding of deliverables, or termination of services. Accepted payment methods include ACH, mailed check (payable to Hink Fire Designs LLC), and credit/debit card (processing fees may apply). If a project is delayed more than two (2) weeks due to missing Client information, Hink Fire Designs may invoice for all completed work to date; if delayed beyond 30 days following design approval, the scope and pricing may be re-evaluated and adjusted. All changes outside the original scope must be approved in writing, and additional services—including redesigns, resubmittals, site adjustments, or expedited timelines—will be billed separately under Net 30 terms. The Client is responsible for reviewing all material take-offs before execution; Hink Fire Designs is not liable for errors, costs, or delays arising from discrepancies between estimated and actual quantities. Shop drawings are provided for use, but it is the Client’s responsibility to submit them to the AHJ and complete the Record of Completion. Hink Fire Designs will exercise reasonable professional care but does not guarantee AHJ approval and is not responsible for construction results, code changes after submission, or third-party errors. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific project. Any disputes will be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in the State of Texas. This agreement represents the entire understanding between Hink Fire Designs LLC and the Client, supersedes any prior agreements, and may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties. By signing, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms contained herein.
